IT Technician

• Procurement of IT Equipment, Software and licenses
• Set-up and maintenance of licenses on various servers
• Dealing with suppliers, initiate and maintain contracts with vendors etc.
• Main point of contact with all (new and existing) vendors and suppliers related to IT/AV questions in Stockholm
• Work together with management and help out in the decision making process for new office hardware
• Order new equipment and upgrading existing systems
• Install and configure software
• Network administration (basics)
• Servicing and fixing equipment, including printers (including 3D printers), projectors and network
• Tracking work in progress and recording issues and solutions for Stockholm IT tickets / Incidents
• Diagnose and fix issues in system infrastructure
• Ability to speak to co-workers and explain how an application works in simple terms
• Follow IT Procedures (office hardware issuing) / Assist with creating and updating existing IT procedures and policies
• Write clear documentation for installations and troubleshooting techniques for IT staff and end users
• Administration of AD / Microsoft 365 users
• Main contact person for all IT related questions in the Stockholm office
• Set-up (or define) how internal server solutions should be maintained (rendering solution mainly used by Gfx and Marketing team)
• Maintain the local server set-up (incl. backup etc.)
• Be proactive and seek new ways of handling IT in a distributed environment
• Responsible for the Stockholm office security solution such as security camera, components, installation etc.
