Senior IT-Manager, Digital Employee Experience to Paulig

Your workday

Paulig is embarking on a journey to build their future digital workplace and to transform their ways of working. Your role will involve driving the development of their digital workplace, end-user computing, support, and digital skills and culture activities. You will have managerial responsibility over a team consisting of specialist within the Digital Employee experience area and empower them to succeed in their roles.

You will be based in Gothenburg, reporting to the Head of IT, Enterprise IT & Digital Employee Experience, and will be part of the management team. You will join a dynamic, development-oriented, and growing IT & Digital organization with team members located in Finland, Sweden, Belgium, the UK, Estonia, and Spain.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for your area operations, development and technology architecture
• Team leadership and coaching ensuring team’s performance, wellbeing and development
• Internal and external stakeholder collaboration on a tactical level
• Finance management including planning, follow-up, and control
• IT supplier management and governance
• Development of your area ways of working based on agreed IT operating model (e.g., governance model, service management framework)
• Creation and follow-up of effective KPIs to ensure service performance and development portfolio delivery

You should be knowledgeable about technology and digital workplace trends and understand that real impact comes from transforming work practices and developing digital skills and culture. You are a collaborative individual with a service design mindset who thrives in an international and dynamic environment. Further, you have strong communication and facilitation skills and and a strong ability to inspire others.

Requirements:

• University degree with major in information system science, technology or similar
• Proven track record of team leadership and leading people in a multicultural setting
• Proven track record in change leadership and leading cross functional change initiatives
• Good understanding of service design approach
• Strong background in IT service sourcing and vendor management
• Experience in Digital Workplace, including collaboriation tools like M365, Intranet etc.
• Experience in end user services and/or end user experience
• Strong drive to learn new things and find ways to improve the ways of working
• Fluency in English on a professional level, both oral and written
