Come join IKEA Marketing & Communication (IMC) as Communication Partner!
Are you a skilled, passionate communicator and curious about IMC? Great, then let’s dig into the details of this opportunity!

As Communication Partner with us, you support IMC in achieving business and people objectives through the power of communication. This position will be part of the communication team at IMC where we support the business with co-worker communication as well as communication for strategic business topics. We put great efforts and pride in leaning in on our common agenda, being a strong partner to the business and daring to try and explore new things to always improve and be relevant in our deliveries.
The communication team belongs to the function People, Culture & Communication.

Our expertise and capabilities in the team include:
Strategic, tactical and operational communication planning and follow-up
Action planning
Target group analysis
Channel management and recommendations
Co-worker engagement activities
Change communication
Employer branding
Risk and crisis communication
Coaching, advising
Messaging, writing, tone of voice, creation
Visuals, Power point
Simple film production for behind-the-scenes stories etc.
Co-worker events
Publishing on digital platforms

More about the role
The Communication partner is passionate about communication as a business enabler and tactical tool to lead business and people. A good understanding of working with communication planning and execution and how communication supports and increases the impact of a business agenda is needed. You have a strong sense for creating target group-specific communication and experience in working with multiple stakeholders and also have the experience and ability to turn complex topics into simple, straightforward and inspiring communication. You are hands-on, structured and service-minded, with an ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and in project groups. You are creative, curious and solution-oriented, with an ability to create engagement and build trustful relationships with various stakeholders across the business. It is an advantage if you also have great working knowledge of the IKEA identity and tone of voice and are an ambassador of the IKEA culture and values.
