Senior Product Software Engineer

About the job

Wolters Kluwer Scandinavia is on an exciting journey towards being a full SaaS company and we are looking for a Senior Product Software Engineer to join our Scandinavian software team. We work in an agile environment using Scrum and SAFe methodology. You will be part of an experienced team with ownership for our Tax applications serving all our customers within Scandinavia.

You will:

  • Develop the technical implementation of the requirement.

  • Work closely together with developers and product owners.

  • Be responsible together with the team to create a viable solution.

  • Implement the requirement according to UX and Architectural guidelines.

  • Ensure that the solution developed is tested and testable in the test environment before it goes for acceptance testing.

  • Follow coding standards and guidelines.

You have:

  • University degree within computer science or relevant education.

  • At least 5 years' work experience in C#, .NET and WPF.

  • Experience in Angular is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of cloud development, preferably Azure services, and Azure devops pipelines.

  • Work experience in agile development methodologies/ Scrum.

  • Strong ability to solve problems and find creative solutions.

  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbally.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.

  • Background and interest in tax and accounting is an advantage.
