Customer Success and Delivery Manager

By combining sensors, computers and advanced submerged hydrofoils, our electric craft fly above the water, reaching speeds and range previously attained only by fossil fuel powerboats.

Thanks to their remarkable performance, Candela’s craft are the best-selling electric boats on the market. Our first model, Candela C-7, quickly became Europe’s best-selling electric boat after its introduction in 2019. Its successor, the bigger C-8 day cruiser, outsold the C-7 just 3 months after launch. We are also venturing into professional watercraft with the revolutionary foiling P-12 Shuttle/Business/Voyager edition.

We are currently seeking a Customer Success and Delivery Manager who will be responsible for developing a positive customer experience and delivering our boats to customers.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Commercial officer, the Customer Success Delivery Manager’s key responsibilities are to establish and maintain relationships with assigned customers, and to own the process from sales to delivery to aftermarket.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage logistics and delivery of all our boats but also the demo boats/ parts

• Manage logistics to deliver the boat

• Invoicing based on the agreement payment terms

• Sending reminders to the customers on payments

• Help align financing customers through our finance department for Candela Fleet Services

• Ensuring that our promises to customers are met and holding our operations, aftermarket, sales, and quality teams responsible for ensuring a high level of customer experience

• Helps with building the team as an when we scale this team

• Provides input to help improve the overall customer experience and measures customer NPS

• Gets local permit/approvals to get the boat in the water for the customer

• Boat hand over/walk through to the customer along with the Aftermarket team

• Minor project management during delivery and detailed operational work required

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role

• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

• Detailed and operationally minded person

• Accountability and personal organization are essential

• Friendly and a kind person

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

This is a full-time position at our Headquarter in Frihamnen, Stockholm. Working language is English, if you also know Swedish it will be a benefit for yourself, but it is not a prerequisite for the role.
