Solution Architect – Financial Systems

As the organization continues to develop its technology capabilities, there is an opportunity for an experienced Solution Architect to help shape and modernize its financial technology landscape.

As a Solution Architect, you'll play a key role in designing and evolving the technology supporting business-critical financial processes. Working closely with tech leads, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders, you'll drive architectural decisions and develop scalable, reliable solutions across internal systems and external platforms.

The role combines strategic architectural thinking with a strong technical foundation. You'll work on both new initiatives and existing systems, focusing on system integrations, technical standards, and long-term scalability while ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in software engineering and solution architecture, with a strong technical foundation and understanding of complex systems.
• Experience from financial services, banking, investment management, fintech, or similar environments involving financial systems and processes.
• Strong expertise in system integrations, APIs, and data architecture, with experience designing scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and drive architectural decisions through implementation.
• Experience working with business-critical systems and collaborating with engineering teams, stakeholders, and external technology providers.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills, with a pragmatic and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with financial platforms, modern data technologies, or cloud-based solutions is considered an advantage.
