What you’ll do:
As Integration Senior Manager, you will define how systems, data, and digital capabilities come together across Marshall Group. You will own the integration strategy and platform, while building and scaling a dedicated integration function that supports our ERP, eCommerce, PIM, and wider application landscape. This role sits at the centre of our digital ecosystem and plays a key part in enabling stable operations, efficient end-to-end processes, and future growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Define and drive the Group-wide integration strategy and roadmap
Own and evolve the Azure integration platform with a focus on scalability, stability, and security
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing integration team, including nearshore capabilities
Ensure reliable data flows and strong ownership across key business systems
Establish best practices for integration architecture, monitoring, governance, and compliance
Who we’re looking for:
You are a technically grounded leader who enjoys shaping direction while staying close to real systems and teams. You are comfortable working across business and IT, able to translate complex needs into clear and pragmatic integration solutions. You bring structure without overengineering and know how to balance long-term architectural thinking with day-to-day delivery.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
At least 5 years of experience leading integration platforms or integration-focused teams
Hands-on expertise with Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management
Experience building and managing teams, including distributed or nearshore setups
Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data flows across enterprise systems
Experience with data platforms, BI, or AI initiatives is a strong advantage
