We are now strengthening our Operational Technology Center, where we develop and evolve the digital platforms and connected solutions that support our customers worldwide.

What you will work with

You will join the Operational Technology Center (OTC), where we develop and maintain the digital platforms and connected solutions that enable Nederman’s global operations.

OTC plays a key role in supporting and enabling internal stakeholders across the organization worldwide. Rather than traditional external customers, your users and partners are colleagues within different parts of the business, regional teams, and operational units who rely on these systems to deliver value to end customers globally.

The platforms you work with, are used in real operational environments and form a critical part of how Nederman delivers, monitors, and improves its solutions in practice.

You will take a leading role in driving projects within business-critical systems and digital platforms, with responsibility for both execution and continuous improvement of how we work.

You will lead projects end to end, including planning, delivery, time and cost control, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. A key part of your role is to ensure that multiple Scrum teams work efficiently together across dependencies, timelines, and priorities.

You will also be responsible for establishing and improving a unified way of working across projects, including agile processes, governance, and delivery frameworks. This includes working actively in Jira and Confluence and ensuring consistency across teams and initiatives.

A central part of the role is acting as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment on requirements, supporting decision making, and translating needs into clear and actionable direction for engineering teams.

You will also take on a coaching and leadership role, supporting team development, improving collaboration, and helping teams grow in maturity and execution capability.

You will have a seat in broader leadership forums within the organization, contributing to discussions around governance, ways of working, and the development of the Operational Technology domain. This means your role is not only operational, but also contributes to shaping direction at a strategic level.

In addition, you will contribute as a subject matter expert in how we develop and refine our project and delivery methodologies across the organization.

What you need to bring with you

You have at least seven years of experience in project management within agile software development environments. You may have worked as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master, and you are comfortable managing multiple agile teams and Scrum cycles in parallel.

You have strong experience in time, cost, and risk management, and you are used to balancing short term delivery with long term planning and strategic direction.

You are confident working in environments where priorities shift, and you are able to create structure, clarity, and alignment even in complex settings.

A technical background is a strong advantage, especially experience as a software developer or close collaboration with engineering teams. This helps you build credibility with technical stakeholders and ensures strong alignment between business and technology.

You are experienced in Jira and Confluence and comfortable working across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

Fluency in English and Swedish is required.

You likely come from smaller companies, scale ups, or fast-moving environments where you have had broad responsibility and worked close to both engineering and business. A development background is a strong advantage, especially if you have transitioned into product or project leadership.

The role is based in Helsingborg, and we believe that being present in the office most days of the week is important to build strong relationships and effective collaboration.

Some travel will be part of the role, for example in connection with suppliers, global stakeholders, and industry events. These trips are limited in scope and planned.
