We are building a newly established Analysis & Business Development team within NOBA Bank Group's Credit Card Division, one of the largest credit card portfolios in the Nordics — now looking for a Business Development & Analytics Manager.

About the role:
As a Business Development & Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial agenda for our credit card portfolio through actionable insights, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement. You will transform data into business decisions, lead cross-functional initiatives, and act as the go-to person for analytical insight across the bank. Working directly with the Head of Analysis & Business Development, you will help build a new function from the ground up — shaping the team's ways of working, tools, and frameworks as it grows.

Key responsibilities:

  • Translate analytical insights into actionable commercial initiatives and drive integration into decision-making actions across the credit card division.

  • Lead analytical investigations, business cases, and cross-functional projects that support strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain competitive intelligence and market monitoring, providing structured insights that inform commercial priorities and strategy.

  • Act as a key interface between analytics, finance, and risk— making data accessible and actionable for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Support the entire credit card division in projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, progress, and measurable business impact.

We are looking for you who have:

  • Relevant experience from banking, financial services, or fintech with the ability to quickly adapt and take ownership in a new role. Experience with credit cards or niche banking is an advantage.

  • A degree in finance, economics, business, engineering or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills – comfortable diving into data and drawing actionable conclusions.

  • Good communication skills – able to clearly present insights to stakeholders and influence decisions.

  • A commercial mindset and experience working with projects and stakeholders at different levels.

  • Proficiency in English and a Nordic language.
