Performance Media Specialist (Temporary Employment)

Right now, we need to strengthen our Paid Media team in Stockholm with a Performance Media Specialist who will help us scale our digital media operations while keeping performance sharp, structured, and relevant across markets. This role sits at a pivotal moment as we expand into new local setups, agencies, and capabilities. This is the right role if you enjoy being hands-on, working closely with specialists, and shaping how things are done rather than stepping into something already fixed.

** This is a temporary position for 12 months **

What you’ll do:

You will be a day-to-day performance media counterpart to our agencies, working closely with search and social specialists to monitor results, identify opportunities, and push continuous improvements. A big part of the role is contributing to the continuous development of the Paid Media structure, especially around reporting, follow-ups, and performance visibility. You will also manage creative workflows, ensuring assets are briefed, delivered, approved, and activated smoothly across channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help keep performance media running efficiently while supporting a growing, increasingly localised setup.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a daily contact for agency specialists across paid search, paid social, and other digital channels, following up on performance and optimisation opportunities

  • Monitor campaign results, identify trends, and translate performance data into clear next steps

  • Contribute to creative asset workflows from briefing through approval and delivery in collaboration with agencies and internal teams

  • Together with the wider Paid Media team, establish and maintain a clear reporting cadence and structure for performance media across markets

  • Work closely with local market channel specialists and creative services to ensure smooth execution and alignment

  • Support the ongoing development of media processes as the team scales into new markets and capabilities

Who we’re looking for:

You are early in your career but already confident working hands-on with digital performance media. You are comfortable collaborating with agencies, asking the right questions, and keeping multiple workstreams moving at the same time. You enjoy structure, follow-through, and making complex setups easier to understand for others. You will be part of a small, close-knit team, reporting into the central Performance Media function, where independence, humility, and collaboration are essential.

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

  • Hands-on experience working with digital performance marketing across search and social channels

  • Experience from an agency environment or in close collaboration with agencies, including specialist-level discussions

  • Exposure to e-commerce or consumer product marketing environments

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with an interest in reporting, structure, and performance follow-up

  • Experience with media planning or broader digital channel understanding beyond a single platform is a strong advantage
