About the role
As Head of Financing Technology, you will lead and own the strategic roadmap for one of SEB’s most critical capability areas. Your mandate includes challenging existing structures, exploring new technology opportunities, and driving major transformation initiatives to modernize our financing platforms. You will be part of defining the architectural vision and make high impact decisions shaping the future of our platforms, collaborating closely with the business side to ensure cohesive and future ready solutions.
Key responsibilities
Set the overall strategy for the Financing Technology area
Lead major transformation initiatives
Build, develop and maintain a strong and effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Develop the leadership in the area and continuously drive change related to staffing and sourcing
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Extensive leadership experience within technology and digital transformation
Proven ability to set strategic direction and lead complex initiatives
Demonstrated success in leading large tech organizations and senior leaders
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strategic and analytical mindset, combined with the ability to drive execution in an evolving environment
Documented experience from the banking or financing domain, including a deep understanding of financial products
