Nørdsnipe builds human-in-the-loop penetration testing AI tools for security teams, combining contextual guidance, automated reconnaissance, and continuous attack-path mapping across complex environments.

The platform deploys locally in the customer's environment — no cloud dependency, no integrations, and up and running in minutes.

The team brings together experience from Google, Ericsson, and leading cybersecurity research environments. The founders previously built and scaled Foreseeti, later acquired by Google. Nørdsnipe is backed by Biovestor, founded by Sven Hagströmer, known for backing companies such as Sana Labs.

Nørdsnipe is built on a simple observation: attackers are scaling with AI, while defenders are not. The gap is growing, and current tooling is not designed for it. Early interest from large, security-mature organisations suggests a clear and growing demand.

The Role:

This is one of the first commercial hires and the first senior commercial leader. You will join the leadership team and take ownership of revenue, from defining the go-to-market strategy to closing early customers and helping build a scalable commercial function. This is a hands-on role, operating across both strategy and execution.

The commercial function is still in its early stages, and you will play a key role in shaping and scaling it. You will work closely with the founders and the existing Growth & GTM function, with the expectation to build and lead the commercial organisation over time. The environment is technical, analytical, and low-ego. Substance matters more than style.

What You Will Own

  • Go-to-market strategy, ICP, pricing, packaging, sales motion, partner and channel relationships, and international expansion from day one
  • Early customer acquisition, owning the full cycle from first conversation to signed contract
  • Pilot-to-paid conversion and expansion
  • Commercial infrastructure, pipeline, CRM, forecasting, and process
  • Building and leading the commercial team over time
Who You Are:

You are a commercial builder with a track record in complex B2B sales. You are comfortable owning the full cycle, from cold outreach to signed contract, in an environment where the playbook does not yet exist.

The customer group is technical, overburdened, and deeply sceptical of traditional sales approaches. Your first customers will come from trust and domain credibility, not volume. You can hold your own in technical conversations with CISOs, red teams, and security engineers, and they see you as a peer, not a vendor.

You bring energy, judgment, and the instinct to build. You have done this before, or have been close enough to it that you know what it takes.

Likely backgrounds include:

  • Early commercial hire or key contributor in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
  • Experience selling to technical stakeholders, CISOs, security teams, or engineers
  • Background in enterprise or complex solution sales

Final Note: This role is for someone who wants to take ownership of revenue and play a central role in building and scaling the commercial function in a company operating at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.
