About the role
In this role, you’ll join a cross-functional team in our Operations domain. We truly believe in full ownership and "you build it, you run it". At Qred, this now means building alongside AI and have ownership of the entire lifecycle, from architectural discussions to deploying and monitoring your own code. You'll join a small agile team, and work together with other developers, Tech Lead and Product Manager.
Key responsibilities
Develop high-quality microservices in Node.js that power our financial products and agentic ecosystems.
Work within a Serverless-first environment, leveraging AWS to its full potential to support scalable AI workloads.
Integrate AI agents into our backend services and utilize our AI-SDLC to move from idea to production with speed and quality.
Take full responsibility for testing and deploying your code through automated, AI-enhanced CI/CD pipelines.
Partner with product and customer success teams to turn complex financial requirements into simple and elegant code.
Requirements
Good knowledge in Node.js and modern backend architecture. Experience with AWS, TypeScript, or Infrastructure as Code (CDK/CloudFormation) is a big plus.
You enjoy collaborating with your team to brainstorm, solve problems, and celebrate wins.
You’re comfortable working and communicating in English.
