What We Offer
As a trainee at Polestar, you’ll gain hands-on experience across both our Sustainability and Procurement teams. You’ll support a variety of projects, collaborate with global colleagues, and be part of an inspiring, fast-paced environment where passion and purpose drive everything we do.
This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg. The internship is full-time and requires a minimum commitment of 10 months. We believe in a hybrid model where in person collaboration is combined with focused remote work. What matters most is that you get the support and structure needed to contribute and develop.

What You’ll Do
Produce presentations, reports, and written materials
Handle administrative tasks such as document management and meeting minutes
Plan and coordinate travel, meetings, and events
Support basic financial and procurement administration
Strong skills in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to structure information clearly, both text and visuals
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
Professional, flexible, and eager to learn
Interest in sustainability and global supply chains
Commercial awareness
Fluent in English, spoken and written
