The opportunity
We’re looking for an Aftermarket Operations professional to join our Customer Service team in Polestar Sweden. In this role, you’ll ensure Polestar’s customer service activities and projects are delivered through our service partner network.
You will be responsible for securing execution of customer service operations through structured monitoring of service KPIs, warranty compliance, repair and quality metrics. The role requires proactive analysis of service performance data to identify deviations, root causes, and improvement opportunities across processes, tools, and reporting structures.
A key responsibility includes ensuring correct end-to-end handling of warranty, goodwill, and repair transactions in relevant IT systems. You will also oversee parts logistics performance, availability planning, and backorder mitigation in close collaboration with service partners to minimize vehicle off-road (VOR) time and optimize workshop throughput.
The position requires cross-functional coordination with headquarters, external suppliers, the local Roadside Assistance (RSA) provider, and the Polestar Customer Engagement Centre (CEC). Your ownership spans service network development, operational process optimization, governance of technical support flows, and structured stakeholder management to ensure a scalable and data-driven service ecosystem.
The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, operating within a hybrid work model combining on-site collaboration and remote analytical work.
The responsibilities
In this role, you’ll act as the main contact for service partners and drive continuous improvement in customer service to achieve both satisfaction and profitability. Key responsibilities include:
Represent Polestar toward the service network and ensure compliance with service standards, technical procedures, and warranty policies.
Monitor and analyze service KPIs, driving continuous improvement based on performance data.
Secure accurate handling of warranty, goodwill, and pricing controls, ensuring compliance and cost governance.
Oversee parts availability and logistics performance to reduce downtime and improve workshop efficiency.
Develop the service partner network through structured communication, technical training coordination, and network forums.
Act as the operational and technical interface between HQ, Polestar Sweden, service partners, CEC, and RSA provider.
The ideal candidate
To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead projects effectively. You should be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and driving improvements in a dynamic environment. We also believe you have a passion for cars and customers.
In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:
Education in Technical or Business University or equivalent
A proven project manager, with ability to lead and inspire in various projects, preferably in a role of business lead
Good overall system knowledge and workshop systems (VIDA, TIE, PULSE, SALESFORCE etc.)
Holder of a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to needed extent nationwide as well as to the Polestar HQ
Good business acumen and analytical skills with structure.
Fluent in Swedish and English
