Senior Fullstack Developer to Compodium

Now we’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who wants to help evolve both our platform and products in a company where technology, customer value, and long-term thinking go hand in hand.

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you’ll work hands-on with both architecture and implementation, helping improve our video services and SaaS products. You’ll build product-focused solutions designed for environments with high requirements for stability, usability, and data control.

AI is a core part of how we build software. We expect you to actively leverage tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or similar, and to be skilled in context engineering and orchestrating agents to systematically improve architectural decisions, implementation speed, and code quality.

You will work on:

• Video solutions based on WebRTC and MediaSoup

• Modern web-based SaaS services

• Improvements to scalability, performance, security, and UX

• Automated flows for sign-up, onboarding, and online sales

• Integrations with external systems, for example Stripe and eID services

Technically, we work with:

• React and Node.js

• PostgreSQL

• Keycloak (identity and authentication)

• Docker and Kubernetes

• CI/CD and automation as a natural part of the workflow

You’ve built enough to know what holds up over time. You take ownership of the bigger picture, not just your part of the codebase, and you enjoy environments where technical decisions, structure, and product go hand in hand.

We believe you:

• Have several years of experience as a fullstack developer

• Are confident with Node.js and modern web applications, or have a strong backend background and want to work more fullstack

• Have a solid understanding of security, performance, and scalability in distributed systems

• Are used to container-based environments and see automation as the default

• Are curious, pragmatic, and enjoy improving both code and ways of working

Right now, we’re modernizing our platform, building new modules, and scaling our SaaS offerings. You’ll have real influence on technical direction and help shape how the product evolves and is used.
