As we continue to expand and innovate, we’re looking for a highly driven Product Manager to join our team and help shape the next generation of OR solutions. 

Our OR Solutions portfolio consists of Cloud based Applications for Operating Room Scheduling, Media Management, OR Integration and OR Management and Patient Flow Management Solutions. The ongoing development of Torin is guided by the needs of international markets and regulatory requirements.  

New features such as AI-powered prediction and analysis is implemented in close collaboration with users and partners in different countries. With Torin, we offer a future-proof platform that helps hospitals optimize processes, enhance patient safety, and ensure sustainable economic success. 

About you 

As Product Manager – OR Solutions, you take ownership of the product lifecycle from strategy to execution. You will collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, sales, regulatory, and clinical experts to define market needs and translate them into differentiated offerings. You are the voice of the customer, the advocate for innovation, and the orchestrator of successful product launches. 

We are looking for a motivated, positive and results orientated Product Manager with experience working within product management. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing activities to support roadmap development and comfortable collaborating in a complex stakeholder environment. You are a strong collaborator who is accustomed to working in cross functional teams and can clearly articulate the problem and proposed solutions you have in mind. You have an ability to influence via diplomacy and tact. 

You will be responsible for 

• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle—from strategy and development to launch and continuous improvement.

• Business performance of the product/solution from launch to discontinuation. 

• Collaborate closely with R\&D, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and clinical experts.

• Identify and prioritize market and customer needs, translating them into differentiated offerings.

• Lead user research and usability studies, working with designers, developers, and research teams.

• Support go-to-market activities and sales for digital solutions.

• Drive roadmap and release planning for digital products and solutions. 

• Monitor market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

• Present new product launches and upgrades to internal and external stakeholders. 

• Develop clear commercial guidelines and frameworks (e.g., pricing, commercial terms, legal agreements). 

• Evaluating and prioritizing business potential for the Torin Suite.

• Internal and external presentation of new product launches or upgrade events.

• Leading the definition of clear commercial guidelines and frameworks, i.e., pricing guidelines, commercial terms, legal agreements etc. 

Your experience 

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a 3+ years’ equivalent experience in product management; strategic marketing and technical experience a plus. 
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, preferably in the operating room environment.
• Experience with IT Solutions in hospitals in the Operating Room Area and services in health care or other industries is an advantage.

• Experience in implementing roadmaps.

• Experience presenting in larger forums.
• Fluency in English written and spoken (Company language is English).

This role will report to Director Product Management and Business Development for OR and PFM Solutions.  

Business travel will be required in the role to visit internal and external customers.
