YOUR EVERYDAY WORK
As an Automation Engineer, you will be central to Polygon Group’s digital transformation. You collaborate closely with both business and IT to design, build, and improve end‑to‑end automation solutions that streamline processes and boost operational efficiency. You work hands‑on with Power Platform, UiPath, and cloud‑based environments, while contributing to governance, continuous improvement, and AI‑enablement. The role offers autonomy, variation, and the opportunity to help build a scalable automation framework and a growing automation community across multiple countries.
YOUR PROFILE

Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in automation, RPA or low‑code platforms
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end automation projects
• Strong skills in Power Apps and Power Automate
• Solid background in UiPath development
• Understanding of automation, robotics and AI capabilities
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance and ALM
• Experience with APIs, integrations and workflow automation
• Ability to scale, maintain and troubleshoot automation solutions
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
