Technical IT Support to Polygon Group

YOUR EVERYDAY WORK
As Technical IT Support, you’ll play a central, customer‑facing role at Polygon Group’s headquarters. You provide fast and confidential VIP support, act as on‑site support for clients, meeting rooms and networking, and serve as the escalation point for complex issues.

You work hands‑on in Microsoft 365, manage devices through Intune, and support identity and security in Entra ID/Azure AD. You contribute to stable operations, clear documentation, and continuous improvements across an international organization.

You’re communicative and structured, thriving close to the business. With calm professionalism and high integrity, you lead troubleshooting, set the right priorities, and create confidence for users at all levels. You take initiative, share knowledge, and build sustainable ways of working across teams and countries.

Requirements
• 4–6 years’ experience in IT support/second line
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Intune/Endpoint Manager for compliance, configuration, app rollout
• Entra ID/Azure AD: MFA, Conditional Access, identities
• Advanced troubleshooting of Windows 10/11, macOS, networks, meeting rooms
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow/Freshservice)
• Ability to support VIP users and handle sensitive information
• Documentation, process improvement, and runbooks
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Team‑oriented, customer‑focused, reliable
