We are now looking for a Sales Zone Manager to join Hedin US Motor.
Hedin US Motor AB is the exclusive European importer and distributor of the iconic Ford F-150 brand. The company has an established dealer network across 16 European countries and is currently on an ambitious growth journey. From 2026, the objective is to establish operations in all EU27 markets while significantly expanding the number of sales points.
As a Sales Zone Manager, you have overall responsibility for sales to our European dealer network and for ensuring a professional, efficient, and consistent customer journey. The role combines business-driven sales activities with qualified customer support, relationship management, and administrative responsibility.
You will have daily contact with dealers across multiple countries and act as a key link between headquarters and the market. To succeed in this role, you need a strong service mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage several parallel processes without compromising quality or accuracy.
The position is available in two formats: one permanent full-time role and one consultant assignment. Travel within Europe occurs a few times per year. You will report to the company’s Sales Manager.
Be responsible for sales to European dealers
Act as the main point of contact for dealers and provide ongoing, high-quality support
Ensure clear, accurate, and efficient information flow
Manage and follow up on orders, deliveries, and dealer-related matters
Ensure a consistent and professional customer experience
Build and develop long-term relationships with dealers and partners
Collaborate internally with sales, logistics, finance, and technical teams
Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and ways of working
Experience in B2B sales
Strong administrative skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Proven ability to combine a commercial mindset with a high level of customer service
Experience from the automotive industry, fleet sales, or commercial vehicles is considered a merit
Experience from a distributor or general agent organization is considered a merit
Knowledge of additional European languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Polish is considered a merit
