About this opportunity

You will join our Quality team, which focuses on driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with quality standards across our operations. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance processes, workflows, and services, contributing to Getinge’s mission of delivering high-quality products and solutions.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to lead quality improvement initiatives and support compliance efforts by analyzing data, facilitating collaboration, and implementing best practices in line with industry standards.

What you will do

• In this role, you will work on projects that improve quality and operational efficiency. Your daily tasks will include:
• Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation of improvement plans.
• Document improvement activities, including workflows, SOPs, and project progress.
• Provide training and guidance on quality tools and best practices to teams.

This position is based in Växjö but we are open to a hybrid/remote setup.

You will bring

To be successful in this position, we believe you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or similar.
• Experience working in a quality-controlled environment and supporting audits.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with compliance documentation.
• Preferred certifications in ISO 13485 or Lean Six Sigma.
