About this opportunity  

We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead and develop our DHS Technical Services team in Copenhagen for our software products, such as T-DOC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-performing support organization that delivers consistently strong customer experiences.

You will oversee customer helpdesk and support, implementation and training activities, and after sales customer account management. The scope is mainly in Denmark and Finland, but you will be part of a Nordic and global setup. As a leader, you must continuously help guide and grow our people, set direction for after sales customer support, build standards, and support knowledge sharing across sites. 

You will become part of the After Sales leadership team, together defining the direction globally for excellent After Sales customer experience. This is a key position with broad impact, combining operational leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement to ensure delivery excellence for Getinge’s digital health solutions.

What you will do

As a Technical Services Manager, you will lead daily operations, support your team’s development, and ensure world-class service performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the Danish and Finnish Technical Services team with strong customer focus and delivery excellence, while ensuring KPI follow-up, SLA compliance, resource planning, and overall quality adherence.

  • Overall responsibility for Nordic Technical Services, securing service delivery to customers across the Nordic region. This includes the management and coaching of one Technical Services Leader for Norway and Sweden.

  • Guiding the implementation of new functionalities and customer projects, including related testing, training assignments, and coordination with technical teams/R&D for escalations, product input, and customer feedback.

  • Managing customer account activities within after-sales, such as ongoing customer status meetings, follow-ups, and continuous customer engagement.

  • Contributing to the global Technical Services community by aligning best practices, technical standards, and supporting knowledge sharing.

You will bring

We believe you are a people-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across teams and functions.

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • Strong leadership experience for onsite and remote teams
  • Solid background with IT-service and delivery, minimum 3–5 years’ experience managing technical or support teams.
  • Experience in customer handling and dialogue. Understanding of our customer environments in hospitals would be an advantage.
  • Strong planning and organising skills, ability to solve conflicts and drive progress.
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Understanding of Swedish and Norwegian.
