Your roleAs an Operations Associate, you will be a key part of the Customer Operations team, ensuring smooth onboarding, operational follow-up, high data quality, and efficient coordination across our markets. You can be based in Stockholm or Amsterdam and you will work in a global context, supporting markets across Europe and ensuring that our charging infrastructure performs reliably and efficiently. The role reports directly to the Head of Customer Operations
Your responsibilitiesWe’re looking for a structured and analytical operations talent who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You enjoy working with systems, solving operational challenges, and turning detailed information into clear, reliable outcomes. You take ownership, collaborate well across teams, and bring a high level of precision and accuracy to everything you do.
Erinion designs, builds and operates depot and destination charging solutions for heavy-duty vehicles.
