Marketing & Event Coordinator

Role Summary

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a central role in planning, executing, and optimising marketing activities across digital and physical channels. You will work closely with our commercial and in-house creative teams to ensure that our brand presence is strong, consistent, and engaging — from trade fairs to targeted B2B campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns and content production.
• Plan and manage participation in industry trade shows, fairs, and events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with in-house designers and external partners to deliver on-brand communication.
• Manage updates to digital channels such as website, newsletters, and LinkedIn.
• Support lead generation and sales enablement activities with marketing materials and assets.

• Track and report campaign performance and event ROI.

Who You Are

We’re seeking a creatively driven Marketing Coordinator with experience in B2B marketing and the ability to move easily between digital and physical activities — from campaigns to events. You bring clarity and structure to a fast-moving environment and enjoy working hands-on in a growing scale-up, approaching challenges with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within energy, mobility, or technology sectors.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills — you thrive on managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience from trade shows and event planning.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and content production workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus).
• Open to travel at least 2-4 days every month.
• Previous work in an in-house marketing or creative environment is a strong advantage.
