About the role:

As part of our Vendor Management & Outsourcing team, you will assess, manage, and monitor risks related to third-party vendors, service providers, and outsourcing partners. You’ll work closely with contract owners and cross-functional teams to ensure NOBA’s external relationships are secure, compliant, and resilient.

You will play a central part in managing and overseeing third-party risks, working closely with our Manager DORA Third Party & Outsourcing, Procurement & Vendor Managers and supporting contract owners across the organization. Your work will help safeguard NOBA from regulatory, operational, and reputational risks associated with external vendors, service providers, and outsourcing partners.

Main tasks:

  • Support and continue develop the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program throughout the entire vendor lifecycle.
  • Support and facilitate due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing third-party relationships.
  • Monitor performance and compliance of critical vendors, focusing on SLAs, KPIs, and risk metrics.
  • Responsible for managing the Register of Information (ROI)
  • Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, and IT Security to review and strengthen contract terms, ensuring robust data security, operation
  • Stay up-to-date with financial services regulations (e.g., EBA Outsourcing, DORA) and ensure our processes remain compliant.
  • Support internal and external audits related to third-party risk and outsourcing.
  • Prepare and contribute to regular reporting for senior leadership and risk committees.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration for holistic vendor oversight.

We are looking for you who have:

  • 2+ years experience in third-party/vendor risk management
  • Solid understanding of financial services regulations (EBA Guidelines, DORA ICT).
  • Academic degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.

It's positive if you:

  • Experience in banking, fintech, or insurance.
  • Familiarity with formal outsourcing governance and regulatory reporting.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and/or Norwegian.
