DevOps Engineer - Make an impact where it matters

This is a role for someone who gets things done. Be part of a complex, fast-moving environment where your work have a direct and visible impact. Whether it’s improving deployments, automating processes, or helping teams adopt better tooling, you are a person making it happen.

Your Role

• Work across teams and tech stacks to implement practical DevOps solutions—CI/CD, observability, infrastructure as code, automation, containerization, and more.
• Focus on the fundamentals: making deployments more reliable, automating repetitive tasks, improving environments, and helping teams move faster.
• Support and guide teams in adopting better tooling and workflows—always grounded in what’s realistic and useful in their context.
• Bridge the gap between development and operations by building trust and delivering value early and often.
• Contribute to building environments where products with different life cycles can be tested and integrated together.

We are an engineering organization made up of 8 autonomous teams, each with its own tech stack and products at different stages—from early development to mature, legacy systems. It’s complex, and we are looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and drive meaningful, incremental improvements.

To Succeed You Will Need

• Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm charts in production-critical environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, Bash/Shell, or similar—for automation, testing, and glue work.
• Experience with virtualized infrastructure (e.g., vSphere, Proxmox, Azure VM).
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry (OTEL) and observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Interest in understanding and troubleshooting unfamiliar systems.
• Comfort navigating different environments, languages, pipelines, and teams.
• A pragmatic mindset and a strong bias for action.
