WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Product Manager for Regional Relevance, you will take ownership of the product strategy and lead the development of commercially strong and culturally relevant assortments for our campaigns.  You will translate regional insights, trends, and customer needs into actionable product decisions that drive growth, profitability, and brand impact.

  • Translate regional insights and cultural moments into strong product offerings.

  • Drive seasonal keys and campaign assortments from concept to final sample, ensuring quality, fit, and price targets.

  • Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Pattern Making, Planning, and Production for seamless execution.

  • Continuously refine assortment and component strategies based on performance and market shifts.

  • Ensure products deliver great value for money by balancing fashion, quality, price, and sustainability.

  • Lead confidently through change and complexity, fostering a culture of agility and ownership.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader with a strong passion for fashion and product. You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and have the ability to navigate multiple markets and cultural contexts. You combine creativity with commercial thinking, ensuring that every product reflects both regional relevance and brand identity.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in fashion and/or retail, with a proven track record in product development or assortment strategy.

  • A sharp eye for fashion and trends, with the ability to interpret them into commercially strong products.

  • Strong leadership skills – able to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, even without formal personnel responsibility.

  • Experience working across multiple markets.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.

  • A flexible and curious mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

  • Fluent in English (Swedish not required).
