Job Description:
We are now looking for a skilled Lead Development Engineer within R&D Product Development to join our client in Landskrona.
The unit holds global responsibility for the development and manufacturing of advanced cooling systems used in power electronics applications and other high-reliability systems. Their cooling solutions ensure dependable operation in critical power transmission systems, supporting the global transition toward sustainable and efficient energy infrastructure.
As a Lead Engineer focusing
on system
functionality, process, and automation, you will coordinate cooling system solutions within the product
development segment. This is a technical leadership role with broad responsibility across electrical, automation, and system
design — and close collaboration with mechanical engineering and system
calculation teams.

Meritorious: knowledge of UL/CSA certification, EMC testing, VFDs, UPS systems, or voltage stabilisers.
