Director for Marine Business We have an opportunity to join our global sales team at an exciting time, as we embark on the next phase of our growth journey. You will play a key role in developing the future as we continue to grow our low pressure Co2 and high-pressure water mist brand under Siemens ownership for the Maritime Business. Within this strategic role, you will be responsible in Leading our Maritime Business which consist out of a Sales Team, Project Management and After Service team. You will develop an updated Marine Strategy which will bring the business into the next level. Follow up on trends and Market needs and provide future solutions for our customer. Grow Sales and deliver a state of the art project execution of Projects and grow the After Market Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: •Lead, motivate and develop the Marine Team •Update and implement a Marine Strategy for Sales and After Sales to foster growth •Regularly report sales figures for both revenue and order intake •Identify and attend exhibitions and seminars to grow our presence and create demand. •Work with Ship owners, Ship Builders and Planners to provide support during early design stages and influence the technology decision. •Keep well informed of the global and local water mist and LP CO2 standards for Maritime systems. •Support the Development of new solutions for our Maritime offering in cooperating with R&D and Product Management •Cooperate with all other departments to improve efficency The ideal candidate possesses these skills: •Experience in sales within the fire protection industry, specifically with water mist and LPCO2 •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other Languages of benefit •You must be able to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy of work. •You will be comfortable and experienced with Microsoft Office programs. •Great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic team player. •Global mindset and the ability to grow with our business.
