System Specialist to Technology Trading at SEB

What you will be doing

As a System Specialist in our First line FX/MM team with focus on the Trading Platform Murex, you will be working as the first point of contact for all system users regarding FX, MM and FX Option activities in the Nordics, Americas, Europe and Asia. You will be assisting Murex users within Trading, Sales, Treasury, Back Office and departments like Finance, Risk, Internal Audit and IT to set up and modify their Murex workspaces and help with problem solving.

You will coordinate between different stakeholders during incidents and work closely with the vendor Murex in Paris.

Since FX is supported 24/7 this position requires on-call duty during the week and weekends, which will be shared within the team.

Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you have an analytical and problem-solving mindset along with good communication skills. As a person we believe that you are passionate about helping others and eager to constantly learn. You are curious and energetic by nature, have an interest in the financial markets and thrive to solve problems and help people under stressful situations. Experience from the financial markets, either back-, middle- or front-office, is an advantage. You have a relevant academic degree combined with a great service mind.

We also see that you have:

• Good knowledge and a great interest in the Financial Markets.

• Relevant degree in Engineering Physics, Financial Mathematics or equivalent

• Experience of working in the Front Office or Middle Office area is a great merit.

• Experience of working with support of a trading system such as Murex or similar is a plus.

• Great problem-solving skills.

• Good spoken and written skills in English and Swedish.
