IT Business Analyst with focus on WoW based in Stockholm

What you will be doing

In this role you will be responsible for driving WoW of refinement from a requirement perspective within the Account & Payment Domain. We have an open culture where teamwork is the key to our success and our colleagues are more than happy to help.

Your daily work will include

· Being the driving force of WoW of refinement from a requirement perspective within the domain implies:

o Act as a catalyst for the WoW of the refinement process end-to-end. That is, look at all steps in the refinement process.

o Close collaboration with all involved stakeholders.

o You are involved in all phases from defining the WoW to implementation.

o To also look at the documentation strategy (both short term and long term)

· Continually develop and share knowledge.

· Represent the BA community in various forums to present/describe WoW.

· Depending on the needs also work as a Business Analyst.

Who we are looking for

· You are a senior Business Analyst and has also worked in roles with focus on WoW / Methods within the requirement area,but understand the need to adapt the process given the conditions.

· You have strong problem-solving skills and is structured and with excellent attention to detail.

· You have experience of working with complex systems and/or large/complex projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· You are used to networking and using your communicative ability when working with stakeholder management in several areas.

· You like to work both independently and with others and can work under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple tasks/projects

· As a person you have a strong drive and like to take initiatives and you can define a task even if it initially is vague. You are pragmatic, adaptable and prestige less.

· You have a technical background, a technical education and/or been working as a developer or tester.

· It is also an extra plus if you have some knowledge within the Account &Payments domain.
