About the job

As the Marketing Activations Manager you are responsible for connecting Urbanears to culture, music and lifestyle through Integrated Marketing activations that give the world something to talk about. You will work in a cross functional team, planning and executing brand and product stories with consistent brand image, on a local and global scale. We’re looking for a person who has genuine interest and passion for culture, music and marketing. You are energetic, creative, and curious with established connections within Stockholm. As a professional you have natural ability to multi-task with the ability to pivot priorities when needed and the mindset to make things happen.

What you’ll do

  • Building awareness and equity within our community through integrated marketing that drive positive consumer behaviors and reactions
  • Ensuring that marketing campaigns, activations, plans and tools are aligned across Urbanears consumer journey
  • Oversee and guide the brand marketing activities, in connection with the regional and local marketing teams, to ensure brand consistency globally as well as local relevancy
  • Oversee market and competitor landscape to gain insight and secure differentiation
  • Building and managing relations with local partners and ambassadors of the brand

Key tasks

  • Develop product and brand marketing plans with the Urbanears team
  • Execute and coordinate Go-To-Market plans with central and local marketing teams
  • Managing and executing plans for brand partnerships, product collaborations and ambassador activations
  • Monitoring and reporting marketing budget spend and status
  • Coordinating seeding and Media activities with the central organization
  • Plan and execute consumer events, ex. Sessions in our studio
  • Manage and coordinate creative briefing for marketing activities, in close collaboration with the product and creative team
  • Work with customer services, consumer insight and local markets to regularly gather market feedback to further improve effectiveness of marketing strategies/plans/tools

You probably have the following experiences & skills

  • 3+ years of Related Professional Experience in Marketing, Brand Management and Culture Marketing, Ecommerce and Content focus.
  • Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to guide PR, brand and social copy
  • Proven track record of marketing events and activations, beneficial to have experience with digital analytics tools and Sentiment Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships and contacts, fluent in English, both spoken and written
