Security Specialist

NCAB is a leading global PCB supplier founded in 1993, currently 600 persons working together in 15 companies all around the world. NCAB is looking for a Security Specialist to protect the business from cyber security threats.

You will be an important part of NCAB's transformation journey as this is a brand new role!

About the role

In this position you will work with all aspects of cyber security. As a part of the NCAB Group IT Infrastructure Team, you will be responsible for, and have a strong focus on developing, implementing and operating cyber securities solutions within NCAB´s new cloud architecture. You will also collaborate extensively with the team managing NCAB´s on-prem infrastructure and architecture. Focus will be on developing, implementing and driving changes in routines and processes within the security area and support the rest of the IT function and the entire business with your security expertise.

What you will do:

  • Interpret and translate business needs into technical security architecture and solutions with a risk-based approach
  • Develop and manage frameworks and standards for security domains such as security incident logging and management
  • Develop, implement, administer and manage security systems within NCAB's cloud services
  • Daily operation and configuration of infrastructure with a focus on cyber security
  • Identify, analyze and manage cyber security incidents, risks and you will ensure swift recovery
  • Perform security and threat intelligence within cyber security, and communicate this to relevant recipients at the company
  • Perform vulnerability identification, assessments and threat modeling
  • Manage penetration testing and other security testing

The role is based in the headquarter in Stockholm (Sundbyberg). Hybrid work is possible, depending on the needs and tasks. The role can include travelling to our offices around the world.

Who you are:

To be able to take on the role we need you to be hands-on, curious and have a genuine interest to develop and take cyber security and technology forward. The role is about building up and making sure we get technical security in place. You understand cyber security risk management, from conducting risk analysis and information classification to designing and implementing solutions with a pragmatic approach.

You have at least 3 years of work experience from a similar role and a post high-school education. We also see that you have experience of working in a Microsoft environment and cloud services, primarily Azure.
