We are now looking for a Team Manager to join the Financial Crime Prevention Tribe to increase the pace in our fight against crime, focusing on sanctions and customer screening
What you will be doing
Within the Financial Crime Prevention Tribe, we develop and maintain highly efficient and robust Financial Crime Prevention solutions for the SEB Group – driven by internal and external demands. We aim to use a high degree of cutting-edge technology with usage and access of group wide data.
We are looking for a Team Manager who is passionate about software development, has an agile mindset and can drive innovation and change to help us build a team with new capabilities. You will work in an agile development environment with high skills and a lot of experience. You will be responsible for an existing team in a new context, ensuring that recruitment and necessary knowledge transfer is done to ensure that the team delivers according to plans and expectations.
Your responsibility as a team manager is to take over this team and build a high performing group by coaching and giving feedback on a regular basis. You are responsible for capacity and delivery planning for the team, ensuring that the right competencies and skills are in place. You will also secure the running availability of the systems under your delivery responsibility according to agreed expectations ensuring that necessary life cycle activities are done on time. You will drive change initiatives as part of the business plan and promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement to ensure efficient ways-of-working, high quality solutions and managed risks.
At SEB, you have great development opportunities, within a highly collaborative environment. The position is in Arenastaden, but you will work closely with colleagues in Riga. You will be part of the FCP Technology Management Team reporting directly to the Head of FCP Technology.
