Your role We’re looking for a Service Technician – someone who can troubleshoot error codes that aren’t even in the manual

At Atlas Copco, you’ll help ensure our customers’ compressors run smoothly – whether it’s a small workshop unit or a large hospital or industrial system. One day you’re changing filters, the next you’re troubleshooting a breakdown, and suddenly you’re commissioning a brand-new installation. Variety? Check. And yes – you’ll be working remotely from home.

As a Service Technician, you’ll be the technical rock our customers rely on. You’ll perform service and maintenance on compressed air systems – including compressors, dryers, filters, and nitrogen/oxygen generators. You’ll also respond to urgent repairs, troubleshoot issues, and help commission new systems (yes, that ‘new machine’ smell is part of the deal).

You will:

• Conduct planned and ad hoc service visits to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Install new systems and ensure safety compliance.
• Be the on-site contact, offering service recommendations and solving customer needs.
• Document your work and help prevent future downtime.

To succeed, you will need

• The right attitude – we’ll teach you the rest.
• Experience in service, electrical work, electronics, mechanics, or automotive technology.
• Solid communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license (B).
• Bonus points if you’ve worked as a service technician or hold a refrigeration license.

Job location

Stockholm/Uppsala area. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Sweden (SE).
