Junior Logistics Coordinator

We’re now looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to strengthen our Operations team in EMEA.

What you’ll do:

As a Junior Logistics Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our supply chain — ensuring a smooth and efficient logistics flow. You’ll be the go-to person between Marshall and our 3PL partner, handling logistics planning for both inbound and outbound deliveries.

You’ll report to the Sr Manager, Operations EMEA, while also working closely with our sales team and colleagues in China, the US, and across Europe. Business travel will occasionally be required, mainly to our warehouses.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipments with our 3PL partners
• Coordinate inbound flow from China, Vietnam, and the UK
• Coordinate and follow up on outbound deliveries from the European 3PL warehouse
• Handle special transportation and express shipments
• Coordinate assembly orders for reworking units
• Communicate internally between departments and stakeholders
• Manage sales orders and transfers between subsidiaries and warehouses
• Support month-end closing with logistics activities and cost follow-up
• Monitor and report on logistics KPIs on a monthly basis

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

• Minimum 2 years of higher vocational education in Logistics and/or Distribution
• Previous experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• System experience from an ERP (Navision, SAP, or similar)
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• A true team player with a proactive, “go-getter” attitude
• Solution-driven and able to thrive under pressure
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
