The Customer Service teams help our customers with questions regarding our consumer loans, credit cards, savings accounts and insurances. We serve customers from multiple countries. Therefore, our teams are divided into different areas of responsibility: Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Germany. Our Finnish team works towards our Finnish customers and consists of five highly skilled and collaborative colleagues 😊
About the role
As a Customer Advisor, you'll play a key role in answering general questions and supporting our customer with a wide range of inquiries, such as balance checks, account closures, and technical issues. You’ll also be responsible for the initial review of loan applications and making outgoing calls to customers who have submitted applications. When needed, you’ll have contact with customers over e-mail and chat as well.
As you gain experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more specialized tasks, including death estate management, handling incorrect payments, GDPR-related matters, and communicating with loan agents.

Working hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
