We’re now looking for a Global head of Omni Sales,  to lead and grow our beauty business across all channels and markets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Global head of Omni Sales,  you will set the strategic direction and lead the execution to drive profitable omnichannel growth—short and long term—across existing and new markets. Together with your team, you’ll own the running business, new market entries, and lead cross-functional projects that enhance the full customer experience and fuel top- and bottom-line performance.

You’ll collaborate closely with key functions across the brand—Marketing, Business Development, Assortment, Commercial Development & Growth, and our global Regions/Markets—to ensure alignment in strategy, branding, and customer experience.

You will lead a large, cross-functional team covering store, digital, and store development—including merchandising, operations, visual merchandising, and more.

You are a passionate and strategic sales leader with strong commercial acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to translate vision into action. You are confident in leading through others, and you inspire teams through clear direction, hands-on involvement, and a collaborative spirit.

We are looking for people with…

  • Extensive experience in leading both store and digital sales
  • Strong understanding of regional or market-level execution of global sales strategies
  • A proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth
  • Solid experience as a senior leader, including full team and budget responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in an international retail context
  • P&L ownership experience and a strategic approach to business development
  • A genuine interest in the beauty industry
