Role Summary

Join Scania’s journey as we transform from a traditional truck manufacturer into a world-leading provider of sustainable transport solutions. As part of our Digital Dealer Support team, you’ll play a key role in supporting a business-critical application that digitalizes workshop operations across Scania. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic IT environment where your problem-solving skills and service mindset will make a real impact.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support by handling, analyzing, and resolving customer-reported issues.
  • Collaborate closely with development and implementation teams to ensure seamless application performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support workflows and customer satisfaction.
  • Host meetings with internal teams, external partners, and users to align on support needs and solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage support cases based on business impact and urgency.
Who You Are
  • You bring experience in support or customer-facing roles and thrive in collaborative environments.
  • You’re analytical, communicative, and service-minded, with a passion for solving problems.
  • You’re confident leading discussions, prioritizing tasks, and working both remotely and on-site.
  • You’re eager to be part of a fun, friendly, and knowledge-sharing team.
  • You have a degree in IT or equivalent experience, and you’re fluent in English.
