What you will be doing:

Explore the professional world more deeply and join the Baltic Payments in Channels Team that is responsible for the creation, development, and maintenance of SEB bank’s payment solution within electronic banking channels. In order to be successful in this position we believe you are creative thinking and can lead and drive various initiatives across the Baltics. If you are passionate on delivering value to the customer, have background with business analysis and requirements, then this is the right opportunity for you!

As a Business Developer, your responsibilities will include:

Owning, developing and maintaining business processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, user experience and profitability
Agile way take part in the full development cycle from analyzing and writing the requirements to testing developments and training end users
Ensure that products and related processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and are up to date
Be a link between business representatives and IT, as well coordinate your work with other roles such as Product owner and Experts
Assure and perform product support for front and other business units

You’ll be the right fit if you have:

Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to share knowledge, guide others
Skills to collect, prioritize and present business requirements or issues in an easy understandable way
Experience working in the payment area
Experience in product development and writing requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
