Partner Support (NO)

We’re now looking for a Norwegian-speaking Partner Support Associate to join our growing team and support our partners with top-tier assistance and engagement.

Get an idea of the role

As a Partner Support Associate, you'll play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our relationships with our partners. You’ll be their go-to contact for support, training, and ongoing collaboration—ensuring they receive quick, clear, and professional assistance.

You’ll be part of the Partner Support Team within the Commercial Department, working closely with colleagues across sales and operations to create smooth and successful partner experiences.

Key responsibilities

- Provide daily support to partners via email, phone, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve partner issues efficiently and with care
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to enhance partner satisfaction
- Conduct training sessions to help partners get the most out of our solutions
- Contribute to improving support processes, tools, and documentation

On a personal level

- Experience in customer or partner support
-Fluent in Norwegian, with good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Solution-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset
- A team player who thrives in a relationship-focused role
