Your responsibilities will include:

Design the best tech solution fitting requirements and budget.
Design and manage the solution engineering, be defining engineering implementation tasks.
Take role of Senior Analyst or Senior Software Developer for particular solutions.
Propose solution architecture to Enterprise Area Architect, connect functional requirements to technical architecture.
Understanding of general directions in the relevant technologies, new ideas, best practices and developments.
Designing architecture for systems in assigned product areas.
Align solutions with Enterprise Architect, SEB’s architects’ community.
Oversee alignment of engineered solutions to functional and non-functional requirements.
Understanding of general trends in the relevant technologies, best practices etc.
Analyze complex technical challenges and provide solutions to drive platform excellence.
Help create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Proven experience as Solution Architect or Lead Developer.
Extensive knowledge of microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with modern development practices, CI/CD pipelines and containerization, e.g., Docker, Kubernetes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in dealing with penetration tests and IT Security findings.
Excellent team player with good communication skills and fluency in English (international team).
A sense of responsibility, willingness to learn continuously and “Can do” attitude.
Experience working with mobile solutions will be considered as an advantage.
Experience working with JAVA will be considered as an advantage.
