We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an Information Security Manager within Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) area.

You'll play a crucial part in ensuring that SEB stays ahead of the ever-changing threat landscape. You will be a part of the SEB Baltic IT & Information Security team by protecting the interests of SEB Corporate & Private customers while maintaining the highest level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing security policies, standards and procedures;
Conducting security risk assessments to evaluate compliance, uncover vulnerabilities, and identify potential threats to critical information assets;
Ensuring that information security risks are identifyed, assessed and managed across the oraganization.
Keeping us aligned with key regulatory standards such as DORA, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
Oversee that third-party vendors comply with our security policies and requirements.
Leading and managing the successful delivery of security initiatives and projects that enhance our overall security posture (for example providing security awareness training to employees).

You will be a perfect fit, if you:

Have at least 3 years of experience in information security or related field.
Have a strong knowledge of security principles, technologies, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements such as DORA, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
Know how to identify, assess, and communicate security risks, and can recommend practical and effective remediation strategies.
Are confidently managing security initiatives and projects, when working independently or while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Have a proactive mindset, with a strong drive for continuous improvements and staying ahead of emerging threats.
Are fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.

Professional information security certifications would be considered as an advantage;
