Team Manager to Global Network Infrastructure Team at SEB in Stockholm

I’m looking for a Team Manager for the Global Network Infrastructure team, who will play a significant role in the future delivery and development of the Infrastructure & Security offering. The Global Network Infrastructure team is responsible for providing network services across SEB and consist of 20 engaged team members in Sweden but also deliveries from a network team in Vilnius.

As Team manager you are responsible to secure qualitative, cost efficient and fit for purpose operations, maintenance, and development in your team. You are the owner of resources and allocate workforce planning in your team regardless of location of your production site. Your responsibilities include team external costs.

As a team manage you report to Area Head and are part of Area Management Team.

As a leader you are inspirational, motivating, committed, have great communication skills and have the ability to spread enthusiasm to your team. You are “self-propelled” and a “doer” with a strong ability to transform ideas into hands-on activities and actual results.

To be successful in this role, it is an advantage to have some kind of technical competence but emphasis is on coaching leadership.
