Requirement specialist to Financial Crime Prevention

Do you want to be part of our innovative, committed and expanding Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) department at Technology in SEB? FCP has the areas of Fraud Prevention, AML transactions monitoring, screening and financial instrument surveillance. The purpose of FCP is to ensure we have the correct tools and processes in place to predict, prevent, detect, act and report potential financial crime.

We are now looking for a requirement specialist to strengthen the AML transactions monitoring team.

What you will be doing

What we are looking for is a person with a thorough understanding of and genuine interest in the FCP area that can contribute in our agile team. You will work closely with the team and the product owner as well as our investigators who monitor alarms in their daily work. Being a requirement specialist, you will mainly be interpreting the new business needs of the PO and users and describe this in a clear way to the development team. Focus will be on having understandable stories in Jira described in a way so that we can easily adjust them if prioritizes or scope changes. Being part of the agile team, you will need both business and IT knowledge to succeed.

Who we are looking for

For this role you will need a strong drive and motivation to collaborate within and outside the team. You need to be able to facilitate workshops and document the results from them, making them understandable for both business and it alike. We see that you have several years of experience from working in agile it teams and preferably you have worked with FCP however background within finance could be suitable as well. The teams are working together using SAFe methodology and experience from creating and maintaining requirements in an ever-changing agile world is important. Finally, we hope that you are a true team player who contributes with positive energy and strive to have fun at work.
