About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer with scrum master responsibilities in the Connectivity & API department, you’ll play a vital role in building SEB's API-driven platform and governance. While sometimes contributing to the frontend development and filling the scrum master role in the team, you’ll be taking the lead and focusing on the development of microservices and governance of APIs in our API gateway, a highly prioritized area, to ensure seamless and engaging user experiences for our customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Writing efficient, well-structured Golang based microservice and APIs with robust unit tests.
Conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices.
Conduct agile practices and ensure the team's agile alignment, values and practices
Supporting team objectives and fostering collaboration throughout the entire area of the team and its tech stack.
Writing and improving Angular based codebases for our customer facing portal.
Participating in support and On Call duties as part of the team.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Backend skills: 5+ years with languages like Go, C#, or Java.
Scrum master skills: Experience and a strong interest in agile way of working.
Frontend expertise: 2+ years with modern frameworks like Angular or similar.
A solid grasp and interest of design patterns, agile development methodologies and the Scrum master role.
Proficiency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
Experience working in complex technical environments requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A passion for innovation and a solution-oriented mindset.

Bonus Points for Experience with:

DevOps and Continuous Delivery (e.g., Kubernetes, GitHub Actions).
Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
