If this sounds like a challenge you’re interested in, we’re now looking for a Microsoft 365 specialist to strengthen the team in our office in Stockholm.

As Microsoft 365 Specialist, you will be responsible for our Microsoft 365 solution ensuring a stable operating environment with a focus on user experience.

You will also be responsible for change/incident management and user adoption connected to our Microsoft 365 solution based on Microsoft roadmaps and business need, here you need to look and think ahead to identify and meet current and future needs.

By working in the middle of the organization you will build relations with stakeholders within IT as well as all employees within the group. You will use your creativity and skills to make life easier for all employees.

• Coordinate and drive projects to our Microsoft 365 environment.
• Plan and implement changes in our Microsoft 365 environment.

• Drive adoption and engagement for Microsoft 365 tools.
• Perform administrative tasks such as system configuration, user and permissions management, end user support, on/offboarding assistance together with your colleagues in the IT Workplace team.
• Take an active role in different IT related initiatives.
• Document and communicate technical solutions to stakeholder and end users.

At NENT, your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. But in order to be successful, we believe you need the following:

• Previous experience of Microsoft 365 solutions and client management.
• Previous experience in AD hybrid setup, Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot and Microsoft Power Shell scripting.
• Previous experience working with servers, network, client management.
• Have at least 3 years of experience working in similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills and superb written and verbal communication in English and Swedish.

Previous experience working with Microsoft Defender, Jira and Confluence is a bonus
