Product Manager Residential

Location: Stockholm

Responsibilities:

• Develop and accurately implementing portfolio and offering vision, strategy and product roadmap

• Analyze and synthesize current market trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and partnerships opportunities

• Ensure that Polarium has the right Partner Ecosystem for executing on the overall portfolio and offering vision, strategy and technology roadmap.

• Commercialize the portfolio and offering uniqueness’s and customer value-propositions, as well as meeting our customers’ needs

• Own the portfolio roadmap, appraise new product ideas, analyze product requirements and develop implementation methods to ensure they’re met
• Follow up outcome of product investments (Product ROI)

Qualifications and experience:

• Min 5-10 years’ experience from commercial product management and/or business development positions.
• Experience from B2B and B2C business
• Experience from complex technical products, preferably in the residential power supply and/or home energy storage.
• Technical savvy and interested in the field of residential energy storage and home decarbonization.
• Proven track record in product management and portfolio growth.
• Experience from managing the end-to-end product life cycle.
• Leadership experience.
