Your mission at Sitoo

We are looking for a driven sales professional with a passion for technology and retail to our HQ in Stockholm.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and showcasing the value of Sitoo’s innovative products. Using a consultative approach, you’ll understand each client’s unique needs and position Sitoo as their go-to solution.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to successful deal closure.
  • Identify and target potential customers in the retail sector through various prospecting methods, including events, partners and email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential customers and partners.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams within the business, such as solution consultants, partner teams, marketing, implementation & delivery teams, and CSMs, to ensure seamless communication throughout the value chain.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Sitoo


What you’ll bring to the table


  • 5+ years of experience from selling complex SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive environments
  • Experience in complex enterprise sales with diverse buying teams and 3-to-6-month sales cycle, ideally underpinned by formal training in deal qualification / sales process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/sales skills - must be confident in communicating on behalf of Sitoo with executives and other leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience selling to VP and C level executives
  • Passion for technology and retail.
