Right now, we are looking for a Demand Planner in Range Area Bedroom Furniture.

Job description


As a Demand Planner you will act as the link between Sales and Supply, turning in depth analysis of our sales history into an accurate forecast that is used to secure the availability of our products to our customers around the globe. In addition, being the Supply team speaking partner with the Retail organization, you will turn global and national sales plans into product level forecasts by predicting when, where and in what quantities the products will be sold in the Customer Meeting Points. You will contribute to building a smarter, efficient and more cost-effective supply chain, enabling availability at the lowest possible cost!

The assignment includes:

• Secure the quality of the demand forecasts, both for news and running range.
• Be part of collaborating with Retail and HFB’s on volumes.
• Be a member of Product Development Teams and contributing to News development process.
• Work close together with Retail, HFB´s and other stakeholders to constantly develop ways of working.
• Contribute to the development of the processes in connection to demand planning.

Qualification


To be successful in this role we believe that you: 

• Have deep experience from supply chain and/or from the retail environment on a country or global level.
• Have a university degree in business/finance/logistics or relevant experience. 
• Have strong analytical skills and are driven by finding solutions.
• Can work with an holistic perspective throughout the whole value chain from supplier to customer, as well as diving into fine details when needed.
• Are a good Excel user and used to build reports and easy learn new digital tools and applications.
• Can establish long-term relationships and have a collaborative approach.  

You have good prioritization skills and a positive attitude. You always look for ways to improve the business together with others and are flexible in your approach and able to act quickly. You have passion in turning data into insights.

Since we are a truly international environment, you need to be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
